a fantastic week at that.
for starters, if we are FB friends i'm sure you already know i got a 4.0 gpa with my 15 credit hours. a first for me probably since high school, so i am really proud of my perfect grades.
secondly, i found out two whole months after applying that i got my internship at Weber Metro CSI. This is the place i was really heart set on interning at, and i didnt apply anywhere else. In October i had a polygraph test and knew they conducted a fairly extensive background check on me. i hadnt heard from them and was beginning to get a little nervous but tuesday i got the call and they'd love to have me.
my internship will consist of me putting in 100+ hours with the csi in ogden and riding along to crime scenes. they did inform me however that i cant go to homicide scenes while the body is still at the scene because they dont want me funking anything up.
go ahead and call me grism

Us Newbolds dont have many family traditions, but the ones we do typically involve food. haha. our christmas tradition is to decorate gingerbread cookies for the chirstmas tree, here are a few from this year:
I attended the 2nd annual ugly christmas sweater party at the buckners and liz and i FINALLY got a picture together. in the LAST month of the year. at least we made it happen. here is the family photo:Kake became official for time and eternity yesterday, dec 18, 2010. they got married in the draper temple and it was FREEZING cold and windy because the temple sits at the very top of a hill with no wind barrier. the pictures are going to be interesting to see because we were all so wind blown just waiting for them to get out. they had a beautiful reception at the atrium and i got to catch up with all my old friends, it was great.
here is my favorite family on the big day:
